- Custodian of new treatment guidelines and update in the field of medicine
- KOL management and engagement
- preparing and presenting Virtual and physical CMEs/RTC/conferences
- advisory board meetings
- speaker management
- preparing slide deck for speaker
- evidence based medicine
- New product development
- Market Development / Assessment
- Field force training
- virtual and physical training
- preparation of training slide kits
- question and answers
- tests
- monographs
- involved in continuous education of the field force
- clinical trials
- PMS
- RWE
- statistical analysis
- protocol writing
- budgeting
- pharmacovigilance
- Article writing /review/proof reading
- Publications in national and international journals
- Medico-marketing collateral preparation and approvals
- Set systems and process
- Cross functional engagement and integration (RA, QA, QC, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Management)
Qualification Requirement:
- Minimum 2-3 years
- M.B.B.S. or M.D. Ophthalmology / Pharmacology / Medicine
Target:
- MSL & Medical Affairs Experience in global pharmaceutical company and CROs
- Preferably – Currently working in global ophthalmology companies & CROs or Ophthalmology division like:
- Jhonson & Jhonson Vision
- Abbvie Inc eye
- Alkon Vision / Eye Health
- Cooper Vision
- Bausch & Lomb
- Roche
- Novartis
- Ora Clinical
Also has previous clinical exposure / experience in prestigious ophthalmology institutes like.
- LVPEI
- Narayana Nethralaya
- AIIMS Delhi
- CMC Vellore
- Sankara Nethralaya
Added advantage if has handled global ophthalmology clinical trials.
