Summary/ Overview:

Responsible for packaging development, qualification, and optimization of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, product protection, stability, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with Graphics for preparation of artworks for new and existing products
• Checking artwork, shade cards and its correctness as per requirement
• Handling internal approvals for commercial artworks, registration artworks
• Preparation of specifications & STP’s for Packaging materials
• Preparation of MPC
• Preparation of packaging configurations
• Digital proof and shade card approvals
• Vendor mapping for packing materials
• Coordinating with FD & documentation cell for artwork
• Artwork initiation for new products & existing products for new countries
• Generation of item codes
• Checking and reviewing of Commercial artworks/ Registration artworks
• Co-ordination with IT for artwork link/CDR & sending to purchase for printing
• Archiving all artwork based on country / customer wise
