Bioplus Life Sciences is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate, R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition generation to candidate onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and create sourcing strategies accordingly.
Ensure closure of positions within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions in pharma, R&D, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing functions.
Screening & Assessment
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical fit, behavioural competencies, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview scheduling with stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand hiring priorities.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market intelligence.
Offer Management & Onboarding Coordination
Manage offer rollouts in alignment with internal compensation structures.
Negotiate offers with selected candidates and ensure offer acceptance.
Coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
