Summary

The Head of Finance & Accounts will be responsible for leading the finance function, ensuring strong financial management, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and accurate financial reporting. The role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and deep knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls. This is a full-time position with a mandatory 6-day work week.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting functions
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly and annual financial statements
• Lead preparation of Corporate Tax returns along with Tax Auditor, Computation of Advance Tax along with all other direct tax matters
• Lead statutory, internal, and GST audits; ensure full compliance with regulatory and tax laws
• Ensure timely payment of all Statutory Dues (TDS, IT, PF, ESIC, etc.,)
• Ensure Cost control measures and financial policies
• Knowledge in Costing of various products and services
• Hands-on experience in SAP or other comparable ERP package for accounting
• Preparing quarterly Board Package, should have knowledge on ROC related compliances
• Monitor material management and inventory control processes
• Ensure accurate stock accounting and reconciliation through SAP or equivalent ERP system
• Supervise administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, overall discipline and support systems in the organization
