Summary

Bioplus Life Sciences is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition lead to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate, R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and support functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to attract high-quality talent aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. End-to-End Recruitment
    • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition generation to candidate onboarding.
    • Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and create sourcing strategies accordingly.
    • Ensure closure of positions within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
  2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
    • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions in pharma, R&D, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing functions.
    • Proactively identify passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  3. Screening & Assessment
    • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical fit, behavioural competencies, and cultural alignment.
    • Coordinate interview scheduling with stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
    • Maintain evaluation records and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  4. Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand hiring priorities.
    • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market intelligence.
    • Advise stakeholders on talent availability and hiring strategies.
  5. Offer Management & Onboarding Coordination
    • Manage salary benchmarking and offer rollouts aligned with internal compensation structures.
    • Negotiate offers with selected candidates and ensure offer acceptance.
    • Coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
  6. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards.
    • Publish weekly/monthly reports on open positions, closures, TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
    • Track key recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
  7. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
    • Strengthen employer brand positioning across digital and professional channels.
    • Lead campus engagement, hiring drives, social recruitment campaigns, and industry outreach initiatives.
  8. Process Compliance
    • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and hiring standards.
    • Maintain candidate documentation and audit-ready records.
